DESCRIPTION:Run\, Clean\, Eat!\nB4b is teaming up with Ballymun Tidy Towns and the Poppintree parkrun to carry a clean-up of the lovely Poppintree Park. The clean-up will include the sanding down and repainting of the railing around the pond and we are looking for your help.  The clean-up will start once the parkrun is completed (roughly 12.00) and will be followed by a FREE BBQ sponsored by B4b.  So whether you’re taking part in the run or not why not come down\, lend a hand and enjoy a lovely burger for your hard work. \nKick-start your weekend with a healthy 5k run and…\nWhat is Poppintree parkrun? \nIt is a 5km run – it’s you against the clock. \nWhen is it? \nEvery Saturday at 9:30 am. \nWhere is it? \nThe event takes place in Poppintree Park\, Dublin 11. See Course page for more details. \nWhat does it cost to join in? \nNothing – it’s free! but please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it\, you won’t get a time. \nHow fast do I have to be? \nWe all run for our own enjoyment.
